We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager for LIBERTARIO COFFEE & ROASTERS, located in New Delhi. (70 covers, Colombian Coffee Shop, Cafe Style, PREMIUM. This full-time, senior position requires a professional with up to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction, applying modern management techniques within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in staff scheduling software to efficiently manage shifts and staff allocations, ensuring optimal coverage at all times.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems to streamline transactions, manage sales data, and improve financial oversight in the restaurant.
• Strong command of inventory management software to accurately track and manage stock levels, reducing waste and costs.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to maintain and enhance client relations, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
