Pyx Tech. is looking for a 'Program Manager', where you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of various programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive program management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize program delivery. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track program effectiveness and impact.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the program management team. Skillset Required / Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Program and Project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership influencing skills.

• Proficiency in Program/Project management software

Qualifications

• MBA from top B school preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering).

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a program manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities. • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
