- Proven experience as a supervisor in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with HVAC technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to interpret rigging plans and diagrams
- Understanding of incident investigation and reporting procedures
