- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS)
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE)
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
