As an automation engineer, you should be able to:

1. Develop, automate, document, and execute test suites.

2. Maintain and improve automation pipeline and test environment.

3. Execute regression test and investigate test failures.

4. Track defects, collect required information, and recommend resolutions.

5. Research on new innovative test methods and procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

You should possess the following skills:

1. 4-6 years of relevant experience in working as the QA role for a production-scale systems.

2. Solid coding skills with Python/Java and solid understanding of databases.

3. Independently be able to develop requried test autoamtion framework with Selenium-Python/ Playwright + Typescript/Javascript.

4. Proactively maintain test automation suites(Regression) based on feautres/releases.

5. Manage Jenkins and AWS CodeCommit/GitHub for test automation deployment.

6. Experience in Agile/ Devops.

7. Familiarity with AWS Cloud Platform is added advantage.

8. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

9. Experience with CI/CD flow in AWS and Docker is an added advantage

10. Good communication skill, sense of responsibility, and ability to prioritize and resolve problems independently.
