You should have:

Degree in Computer Science - B.E or BCA or MCA.

Knowledge & Ability to understand C, C++, Java and OOP Concepts.

Knowledge & Ability to understand either front-end or back-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.

Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Ability to project manage.

Good problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.
