Job OverviewInnovateshield Solutions is seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our dynamic team remotely. This is a full-time internship role designed for freshers with 0 to 1 year of HR experience. The intern will work from their preferred city among Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Madurai, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam, gaining hands-on experience in various human resource functions.


  • Qualifications and SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as communication skills are a mandatory requirement.
  • Basic recruitment abilities with understanding of talent acquisition processes are required (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures to assist in the implementation of HR initiatives (Mandatory skill).
  • Competence in onboarding and integration of new employees into the organization with a focus on employee engagement.
  • Proficient data entry skills with strong accuracy to help manage and update HR databases effectively.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel for handling reports and data analyses related to HR functions.
  • Attention to detail is critical for ensuring accurate information management in all HR tasks and communications.
  • Ability to support in maintaining positive employee relations and resolving related issues effectively.


  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and procedures are properly executed.
  • Support HR Manager in implementing and communicating company HR policies to employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company structure, culture, and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  • Participate in ongoing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee retention.
  • Provide support for other HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed.
