Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This internship is an exciting opportunity for freshers with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources. The intern will support HR functions across our offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Hubballi, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. This role requires a proactive approach to learn and contribute effectively to our HR department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening. (Mandatory skill)
- Understanding of HR policies and the ability to assist in drafting them effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience or aptitude for onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
- Ability to foster positive employee relations and effectively address employee queries and concerns.
- Proficient in data entry to maintain secure and up-to-date employee information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with a diverse team and clientele.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all HR documentation and correspondence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities to help new hires integrate smoothly with the company culture.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR data is updated and accurate.
- Help draft and revise HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- Participate in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve HR-related issues.
- Prepare and update training materials and conduct training sessions for employees when needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in resolving any HR-related issues or concerns.
