Job Overview
Innovateshield Solutions is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is a remote, full-time internship position suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The position is open in multiple locations, including Bengaluru, Hubballi, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, and Delhi.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill) - Ability to assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates effectively.
- Employee relations (Mandatory skill) - Competence in fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
- Organizational skills (Mandatory skill) - Strong ability to manage various HR tasks and maintain accurate records systematically.
- Onboarding - Proficiency in facilitating the onboarding process to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- HRIS management - Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems for managing employee data efficiently.
- Data analysis - Aptitude for analyzing HR data to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Communication skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels.
- Attention to detail - Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in HR documentation and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns and providing feedback.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training sessions.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and promote a positive workplace culture.
