Job Overview

We are excited to offer an HR Intern position at Innovatefactor Solutions for dynamic and motivated candidates. This is a full-time, remote internship suitable for freshers, with job locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Nashik, Hubballi, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of work experience and will contribute to our HR department's various functions, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in a thriving tech environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill) - A fundamental understanding of recruitment processes and essential strategies for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent.
  • HR Policies (Mandatory skill) - Familiarity with key HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and supporting consistent HR practices.
  • Microsoft Office (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for maintaining documents, data organization, and effective task management.
  • Onboarding - Ability to assist with onboarding new employees, facilitating smooth transitions and integration into the company culture.
  • Employee Relations - Basic understanding of employee relations, fostering positive interactions, and addressing employee concerns efficiently.
  • Data Entry - High accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring integrity and reliability of HR data management.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear information exchange and relationship building.
  • Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail, critical for processing HR documents and maintaining precise records and compliance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in the onboarding process, facilitating new hire orientation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to employee relations by addressing queries and providing timely support to staff members.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and organizational charts.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support in various HR projects and initiatives, focusing on improving employee experience.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and HR best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
