As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services needed for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar purchasing role.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement processes and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software
• Ability to work well independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Coordinate with various departments to determine procurement needs
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Resolve any supply or delivery issues that may arise
• Monitor market trends and research new products
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Suggest cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
