We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Executive to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, records, and reports of the company. This is a full-time position based in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Assist with audits and tax filings
