We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in driving sales and implementing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the IT industry. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate the value proposition of our products.
Marketing:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, collateral, and presentations.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
