ole: IAM Security Specialist/SME Purpose of the job v In the role of IAM Security Specialist, you will have a good understanding in Identity Governance and Access solutions and concepts around identity and identity governance. v Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions. v Contribute to the development of overall technical strategies, designs, standards and procedures that support business strategies. v To understand the technical infrastructure problems, challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of program. v Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice. v Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages. Desired skills: v You must have 2-6 years’ experience within the IAM field. v Experience in management of Identity Access Management solutions like Azure AD, Ping Federate, Okta, Sailpoint, Savyint etc. v Experience on provisioning and federated access to Cloud/SaaS applications, hands on experience on EmpowerID is highly desirable. v In-depth knowledge in Modern Authentication concepts such as Single-Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC),MFA v Understanding of Identity Domain utilizing protocols such as System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM), Light Weight Directory Access (LDAP). v Experience in working with RESTful API . v Scripting language Knowledge such as Powershell/Python scripting is an added advantage. v Basic knowledge on CI/CD Pipeline. v Experience on application Migration in IAM domain is an added advantage. v Experience in the IAM space, managing & implementing Enterprise scale/high volume IAM platforms. v Familiar with Privileged Access Management/ Privileged Identity Management. v Relevant security certifications will be an added advantage but not mandatory. v Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills. v Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English v Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mind-set.
