IAM AD Specialist Key Responsibilities :   • Responsible for Design, implementing and administering of Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD-DS • Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Windows Active Directory object maintenance, troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019, Domain Controllers, DNS, user authentication and other operational systems as needed. • Responsible for AD (User/Resource) Inter Forest Migration using Quest/ADMT tools, AD connect deployments, AD Upgradation projects. • Responsible for GPO management, User and object, DNS management, AD migration activities, backup and restore operations, OU structure • Responsible for Legacy application (depending on LDAP, LDAPs, NTML, Kerberos protocol) migrations, and coordinating with apps teams. • Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions. • Strong knowledge of Active Directory FSMO roles and Functional level. Configure and Manage Active Directory Domain Sites and Replication. • Create and maintain AD environment management documentation on as as-necessary basis • Azure AD identity Management, Configure Azure AD, Azure AD-DS, Configure SSO using Modern auth protocols-SAML,OAUTH, OIDC, Manage Azure AD permissions, Manage Forest/Domain/OU/User Object management  • Deployment/Administration of Azure AD Connect Tool, Configuring Synchronization Rules, Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues, Configuring Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA, Conditional Access policies, Identity protection • Configuring B2B policies and B2C tenant, Configuring Hybrid Domain Join policies. • Responsible for automating the regular AD operational activities using PowerShell scripts  Technical Experience :  1. Experience in AD architecture and infrastructure 2. Knowledge Azure HCI 3. Knowledge of Empower ID 4. Experience on Active directory Forest Implementation. 5. Experience in AD InterForest Migration using Quest/ADMT tools, AD connect deployments, AD Upgradation projects 6. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration and Azure AD administration 7. Hands-on experience of GPO, AD Connect and AD replication 8. Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance, 9. Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services and Migrations 10. Good experience on integrating applications Modernization authentication protocols, 11. knowledge on Azure AD App proxy, experience on MFA, creating Conditional Access policies, experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP, 12. Knowledge on Microsoft PKI Technologies 13. Knowledge of Implementing Managing Upgrading ADFS, Certificate management
