Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning:


-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with AutomatR's overall goals and objectives.

-Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments for RPA solutions.


2. Team Leadership:


  - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales and business development team.

  - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


3. Revenue Generation:


  - Drive revenue growth by effectively managing the sales pipeline and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

  - Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.


4. Market Expansion:


  - Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand AutomatR's footprint in the RPA market.

  - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


5. Strategic Partnerships:


  - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the automation ecosystem, including technology partners, integrators, and resellers.


6. Collaboration with Product Development:


  - Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and provide valuable input for product enhancements and new feature development.


7. Customer Relationship Management:


  - Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


8. Reporting and Analysis:


  - Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities to senior leadership.

  - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales and business development strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the broader automation landscape.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
