Delivery Manager – Job Description

Job Description Academics:


Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering & Technology/ Business/ Science/Masters in Business Management Prerequisites:

· Passionate about people, technology, customer, and continuous improvement

· Overall, 10 + years of working experience.

· 6+ years of experience in a leadership role managing projects/ program delivery while assuring quality standards.

· 4+ years of experience in NetSuite or similar SaaS-based ERP software in a customer-facing role.

· Managed a team of at least 5-10 people

Responsibilities:


· Build and develop winning team(s) for delivering multiple projects.

· Own the planning, execution & delivery of all projects within the assigned portfolio, managing triple constraints (Time, Cost, Scope), while ensuring customer along associate satisfaction

· Interface with customers to understand project requirements and challenges and accordingly devise the execution strategies for a successful outcome.

· Ensure risks and changes are identified, recorded, reported, and managed efficiently.

· Periodic reporting of performance metrics with the leadership team

· Explore ongoing engagements and identify business opportunities, adjacencies, and innovation areas to support lead-generation activities.

· Support sales and pre-sales team for RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs etc.

· Drive necessary actions to ensure project metrics / KPIs are accomplished.

· Co-ordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholder groups based on need.

· Periodic performance appraisal of team members

· Coach and mentor team members for their growth.

· Ensure 100% compliance while implementing various policies and guidelines of the organization and customer.

Location & Work timings:


Primary location: Hyderabad.


Willingness to work in other locations as per organization's need


Mode of work: Work from office / Work from home based on scenarios and project demand. Willingness to work in night shifts.
