Madurai Location

BIM Lead/ Coordinator

Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)

· Extensive experience working on Gulf projects preferred

· Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure the successful execution of projects

· Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols

· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate BIM processes into project workflows

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members

· Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
