Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior BIM Modeler to join our team in Madurai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a BIM Modeler, you will be an integral part of our design and engineering team, focusing on creating detailed and precise models that align with our project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar BIM Modeler role
• Engineering Background (B.E / B.Tech (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Navisworks (Mandatory skill)
• Strong skills in 3D Modeling
• Excellent understanding of Building Information Modeling
• Experience in Construction Documentation
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address design and engineering challenges

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for various projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and manage construction documentation aligned with project requirements
• Utilize BIM tools to identify and solve design issues efficiently
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM model progress
• Ensure all models and drawings meet company and industry standards
• Assist in the development of BIM workflows and best practices
• Maintain the highest level of attention to detail and quality in all projects
