Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in AI, ML, or data analytics. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagements, understanding complex requirements, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. They will also be proficient in solution designing, technical documentation, and managing various pre-sales activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Person should be ready to work in Philippines for 6-12 months.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze and interpret client requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of our AI/ML and data analytics solutions.
- Highlight the unique value propositions and technical benefits of our products.
- Design and propose innovative solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Work closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with product capabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Request for Quotations (RFQ).
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicates the proposed solutions.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all client interactions to drive the sales process forward.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience as technical sales or presales manager in AI/ML or data analytics product lines.
- Strong expertise in client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution designing.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation such as PRD, BRD, and RFQ.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role is highly desirable.
