Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our SaaS CRM, AI and Automation solutions in the Indian market. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the SaaS industry and a passion for technology, Experience with SaaS based product implementation for products and Service based business, have sales skills, possess good personality, Aware about challenges Indian product and service industries are facing, Have good experience and knowledge about Local CRM industry what businesses are using and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our CRM solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
- CRM Implementation: Connect with customers and their teams, Train them towards CRM how to use, Create Project plans after understanding customer requirement, Steps and connect with internal and external teams to ensure Implementation is successful.
Qualifications:
- Masters/Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM solutions and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding on Technology implantation process.
