We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI Engineer who excels at designing and implementing chat systems using the Kore.ai platform. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in Node.js code and has a robust understanding of other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, and Cognigy. This role is instrumental in revolutionizing our customer interactions through top-tier AI technology.

Requirements: 

• A Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). 
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development. 
• Expertise in the Kore.ai chatbot platform. 
• Proven experience in Node.js, with a good understanding of other programming languages (i.e: Python). 
• Firm grasp on cloud-based application deployment. 
• Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and associated technologies. 
• Extensive experience with other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, Cognigy are an added advantage. 
• Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. 
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
