We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team.

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to design, develop, and support high-quality data, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain robust data architectures.
• Design and create databases, tables, and queries based on business needs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Create, copy, and clone tables from different DBMS into SQL Server.
• Utilize expertise in SQL Server Virtual Machine concepts and architecture.
• Maintain production reliability, ensuring performance, uptime, and recoverability.
• Conduct performance tuning as needed and develop expertise in the scope of data used by the entire Retail Operations team.
• Support data access and security.
• Integrate data views with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant data management experience in consulting or industry (e.g., master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data standards).
• Expert-level skills in SQL Server architecture.
• Advanced Python skills, including Pandas, data wrangling, and loading.
• Detailed understanding of data governance and data profiling concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Analytics and Snowflake, and building Airflow pipelines is a plus.
