As an SAP FICO Functional Consultant with RAR expertise, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules with a focus on Revenue Accounting and Reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, configure SAP systems to meet those needs, and ensure seamless integration with other modules and systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

• SAP FICO Configuration & Implementation: 
• Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling) to align with business requirements. 
• Customize financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling. 
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO configurations and processes. 
• Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR): 
• Implement and configure SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to manage complex revenue recognition requirements. 
• Set up and maintain RAR processes, including contract accounting, revenue recognition, and reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to revenue recognition. 
• Integration & Testing: 
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO and RAR with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and third-party systems. 
• Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and integrations. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and RAR functionalities. 
• Consultation & Support: 
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to business users and stakeholders on SAP FICO and RAR processes. 
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance users' understanding of SAP FICO and RAR functionalities. 
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and RAR-related issues. 
• Reporting & Analysis: 
• Develop and configure financial reports and dashboards to meet business needs. 
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and financial planning. 
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP FICO and RAR. 

Requirements: 

• Must have 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). 
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and RAR implementation, configuration, and support. 
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, revenue recognition standards (e.g., IFRS 15, ASC 606), and SAP RAR functionalities. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Proficiency in SAP FICO and RAR configuration, including experience with integration points and customizations. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
