As the MERN Developer Lead, you will oversee and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of our projects, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of MERN developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving. 
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. 
• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, and create dynamic, responsive front-end applications using React. 
• Implement and promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure code quality and application performance. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks. 
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development to continually improve our tech stack and practices. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Must have 7 years of experience as a MERN developer with a strong portfolio of web applications. 
• Significant experience in a lead or senior developer role, with a track record of mentoring and managing development teams. 
• Deep understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, as well as associated tools and libraries.
