Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline and manage recruitment processes effectively.
• Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates efficiently.
• Understanding of Boolean Search Techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of candidate searches.
• Ability to maintain strong Candidate Relationship Management to foster positive candidate experiences.
• Experience or familiarity with Data-Driven Recruitment Analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Ability to optimize Job Board postings to ensure high visibility and attract a wide pool of candidates.
• Knowledge in Compliance and Diversity Hiring to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices.
• Experience with Interview Scheduling Software to manage and coordinate efficient interview processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through a variety of recruitment tools and channels.
• Manage applicant tracking and ensure data accuracy within the ATS system.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
