Key Responsibility:

  • Responsible for keeping the reception area/front office area organized.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and Cia Phone / E-mail.
  • Answer, Screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Serves as front desk receptionist.
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Manage Petty cash expenses and provide periodic reports.
  • Making outbound call to every lead or enquiry receives.
  • Following up with leads and nurturing client’s relationship.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • Help Monitor and organize work order of property tenants.

 

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Computer skills
  • Good Communication skill
  • Exceptional professionalism, Effective written and verbal communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Strong Organization Skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task ability.
