Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Radiography or a related field.
• Valid license/certification to practice as a Radiographer.
• Proven experience as a Radiographer, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of various imaging techniques and their applications.
• Ability to analyze and interpret imaging results accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
• Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and safety.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
• Capture high-quality images of patients' bodies using the appropriate imaging techniques.
• Analyze and interpret the images to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and provide recommendations.
