• Capability in medication administration, ensuring accurate dosages and following prescribed medical plans for pediatric patients.
• Strong knowledge of child development to understand and cater to the physical and psychological growth stages of children.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with families, providing clear explanations of health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Expertise in emergency response to handle critical situations adeptly and provide lifesaving interventions as needed.
• Understanding of pediatric psychology to support the mental health and emotional well-being of young patients.
• Strong patient advocacy to protect and uphold the rights and interests of pediatric patients in healthcare settings.

Roles and Responsibilities
