Job Description:
A general job description for a recruiter typically includes responsibilities such as Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.Screening and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and fit.Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.Building relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Working with clients and candidates who apply for jobs
2. Scheduling an interview with them
3. Working with the team to manage tasks
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Job Type: Trainee to Hire and Fulltime

Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Timings- 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
Saturdays-9.30am to 1.30pm
Laptop is mandatory
