Qualifications and Skills

• Strong recruitment experience (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in conducting interviews, with the ability to assess candidates effectively
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
• Experience in candidate screening to ensure shortlisting of top talent
• Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and close deals with prospective employees
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Understanding of human resources practices and the ability to apply them in various situations
• Effective networking skills to build and maintain a candidate pipeline

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings to shortlist potential candidates for further interviews
• Perform interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide advice on recruitment strategies
