Job Overview


We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at InfoWryt Solutions LLP. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on your qualifications and experience. InfoWryt Solutions LLP currently has 2-10 employees.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and address customer concerns or complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and trends to the team lead or management
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service
