Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at InfoWryt Solutions LLP. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on your qualifications and experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and address customer concerns or complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Identify and escalate priority issues and trends to the team lead or management
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service
