About the Job
Skills
· Answer and handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and their families in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide accurate and helpful information to patients and their families about the hospital's services, policies, and procedures.
· Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with the necessary information to prepare for their appointments.
· Assist patients and their families with any questions or concerns they may have.
· Document all calls and interactions with patients and their families in the call center database.
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
· Meet and exceed all call center performance metrics.
· Mandatory languages - fluent in Kannada & English
Week offs will be rotational
Rotational shift - candidates have to work in all shifts
Week offs will be rotational
Shift timings - First shift - 6.30 am to 2.30 pm
2nd shift - 8.00 am to 4.00 pm
3rd shift - 11. 00 am to 7. 00 pm
4th shift - 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Night Shift - 8.00 pm to 8.00 am (only for boys)
Rs. 250 per night will be paid for doing night shifts
Budget - 1.5 to 2.4LPA monthly based on experience
