Job Title: Machine Learning (ML) Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning (ML) Expert to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Translate business needs into effective ML solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal clients to explore new ML opportunities and align models with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Deploy and support ML models in production environments alongside Application Development teams.
- Stay current with ML and AI advancements, applying new knowledge to enhance application performance and team benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proven experience with real-world ML projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (French and English).
- High work ethic and ability to handle confidential information.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in deploying ML models to production.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins) and MLOps (MLFlow).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and mentoring junior team members.
