We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at Infos Connect Consultants pvt ltd. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience, and the job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.


Note: Preferred Locations are Chennai,Bangalore&Cochin


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, admissions counseling, or related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the education industry and study abroad programs
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, educational consultants, and other stakeholders in the education industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for students
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding study abroad options, including courses, destinations, and application requirements
  • Achieve targets and meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, developments, and changes in study abroad policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote the services of Abroad Admission Hub
