Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in film course counselling (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of the admissions process in educational institutions.
• Excellent media relations skills, particularly in liaising with educational partners and institutions.
• Demonstrated ability in academic counseling, providing personalized guidance to students.
• Experience in acting training and understanding the nuances of performing arts education.
• Effective sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in an academic setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admissions process for students applying for study abroad programs, with a particular focus on film courses.
• Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students, helping them choose appropriate courses and institutions.
• Establish and maintain strong media relations, ensuring favorable coverage and partnerships with key educational institutions.
• Conduct acting training sessions and workshops to prepare students for specific course requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and enroll students in various programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to organize events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote the company’s offerings.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on admissions statistics, challenges, and feedback.
