- Responsibilities
- Data analysis to understand the data and relationship in source systems
- Updating and optimizing local and metadata models
- Define and govern data modeling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models.
- Work with business and application/solution teams to develop conceptual/logical/physical data models
- Understand requirements from BA and provide mapping to ETL/ reporting Team for their development work.
- Support the team in writing any complex views.
- Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling.
- Experience working with Data modeling tools - SQL Database Modeler, Oracle SQL Developer, DB Schema Pro, etc.
- Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools.
- Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
