Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Generate sales leads and actively promote our products and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
