Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team at Informica Solutions. Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Generate sales leads and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the established timeframes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

  • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and concerns.
