- The ideal candidate should be able to resolve queries about destination, length of stay, transit time, services & offerings.
- Help the caller with payments and bookings.
- Inform caller about cancellation policy & penalties
- -Ensuring that clients pay the deposit before you commence with bookings.
- -Securing accommodation that is best suited to the budget and location of choice.
- -Planning excursions based on each client's needs and interests.
- -Accounting for mobility and medical needs during each phase of the trip planning process.
Candidate Requirements & other details –
- Minimum Qualification – Any Graduation
- Domain – Customer Support & Sales
- Skills Required – Good communication skill
