Key Responsibilities
• Discovery and documentation of processes – as-is and to-be
• Creating and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality of products.
• Creating data quality rules and ensuring verification
• Developing and maintaining test automation scripts for different types of applications.
• Analyzing business requirements and providing feedback and recommendations.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Tracking project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Overseeing the SCRUM and Agile process, including acting as a Scrum Master when necessary.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all projects. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of different software testing practices and techniques specifically as it relates to data migration
• Experience in test automation and API automation.
• Experience in Agile and SCRUM software development processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
