• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in SAP CRM is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SAP CRM system for our clients
• Configure and customize SAP CRM based on business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver CRM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users
• Train and mentor junior SAP CRM consultants
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP CRM
