Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and promoting our business event services to potential clients. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for our business event services through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business leads and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote our services and generate new leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline management to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of business events industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events.
