We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist with excellent communication skills to efficiently manage our accounts receivable process. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices.
• Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and address billing discrepancies professionally.
• Accurately process and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain precise records of collection activities and interactions with clients.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolution of any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
