We are looking for the position of Associate/ Sr. Associate in our B2B vertical. The eligible candidate should have a background in sales in K-12 online education programs (preferably Consultative Sales).
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performer adept in B2B consultative sales. You are comfortable working with K-12 products and educationist mindset that require focused nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast. You have worked in a highly competitive sales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of your team.
What will you be doing?
- Being a mentor and guide to School Stakeholders/Decision Makers
- Counseling potential School Stakeholders/ owners/Principals/Administrator, helping them plan their innovation around Overall School offerings with regards to future skills
- Carrying weekly signups and registrations target.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Wizklub programs.
- Owning the complete Lead gen closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, Signups closing, Execution Management and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the Leads provided and Managing Recording of Video Presentations and Audio files.
What are your deliverables / KPIs?
- Minimum of 50+ Dials every day with 20+ Connects
- 4 new meetings or phone calls to generate database
- One referral lead Everyday
- Minimum 1 Webinar Session Everyday (School Stakeholder and Students both)
- Weekly Signup and Prelims Target and Revenue Target
- Efficiency conversion ranging from 20 percent and extends up to 40 percent in cases as 2 hours of talk time on an average (webinar will count for 30 mins)/ School visit
- Schools are your own referrals
- 200+ Moving average of Participation and 150+ participation from Onboarded School
- Minimum 1k, Prelims on an average in a month with Efficiency of 60 percent participation on registrations from grade 6-12
- Collecting SLQ for 1K admissions from each onboarded School and pushing for Revenue model B2B2C
- Moving Schools revenue rate to 60K per 100 leads shared.

· Strict 9 Hours of Working
· Sunday Week Off
What You’ll Need:
Preferred Industry: K-12 B2B Sales (Teachmint, Lead School Byjus, unacademy etc.)
Qualification- Graduation (Mandatory) & MBA is preferred(not mandatory)
