Job Overview

We are hiring a Tele Caller for Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales, tele marketing, and telecalling. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads.

Qualifications and Skills

• less than 1 years of experience in tele sales, tele marketing, or telecalling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection
• SSLC , PUC, ANY QUALIFICATION
• kannada , english, hindi, telugu tamil, any laguage known candidate is ok

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and closure of leads
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services and communicate them effectively to clients
• Update the CRM system with relevant customer and lead information
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process
