Job responsibility for ink reservoir business -Fine fibre division:

Designation: SALES Manager

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Salary Range : 16 to 20 LPA

 

Design effective sales strategies to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, leadership skills and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in Fine fiber Industry and allied product range is an advantage.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Knowledge in writing instruments business like pen, markers, highlighters, cd markers, and sketch pen reservoir or pen itself
  • Good acumen in business development
  • Target oriented and achieve the company goals as per annual requirements
  • Develop new product as per customer requirement
  • Knowledge in costing
  • Good communication skill and ensuring quick feedback to customers for any product development and delivery etc.
  • Knowledge in other fine fibre products knowledge for diversifying the business in to other area like , personal care filters, car refresheners, paint markers , mosquito repellent and tampons .
  • Good interpersonal skill with other teams
  • Good data analytical abilities and advise management for decision making
  • Good knowledge personation skill
  • Good in market research and provide data for future expansion
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Own business development plan, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any subjects/MBA is added advantage
  • 7+ years of sales experience in writing instrument Industry
  • Proven ability to handle sales and activities to exceed targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
  • Continuously educate yourself and your team through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
