Job Title/ Role – Apprentice for Production
Job Description
Assembly and testing of medical products as per monthly forecast and maintaining the quality and delivery as per the customer need.
Activities & Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing of Medical products as per forecast.
2. Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which includes all electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic assemblies or sub-assemblies as per specific work instructions.
3. Constantly monitors availability of parts, tools and equipment’s needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process.
4. Implementation of all necessary tasks in accordance with the applicable regulations such as safety Guidelines, ESD and radiation protection guidelines.
5. Uses specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines and maintains functionality.
6. Create and Maintain the Device History record of each system.
7. Resolves problems observed during manufacturing and assists process planning during root cause analysis of the problem.
8. Active contribution to the continuous improvement process in production.
9. Support to Process Planning in verification and validation process
Qualification
The employee requires educational qualifications and skills/work experience as mentioned below.
1 Diploma in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2 Work experience: 0 to 1 year.
3 Basic knowledge of manufacturing.
4 Should be familiar with Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
5 Good PC skills, Knowledge of the Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook
6 Basic knowledge on radiation, health protection, safety and ESD
7 Basic knowledge on continuous improvement process and 5S.
Profile -2 : Apprentice for QM
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production Engineering
Should be familiar with the use of measuring instruments for inspection of mechanical parts.
Should be able to interpret the engineering drawings and identify the measurements to be made and the right instruments to be used for the same.
Should be knowledgeable with the use of software applications such as Excel, Word etc.
Responsibility:
Incoming Inspection of mechanical parts
First sample inspection of new parts
Analyzing the reason for any nonconformance related to purchased parts
Profile -3 : Apprentice for Procurement
Job Title : Procurement Associate
Qualification / Skills:
· Diploma in Electronics (Preferred) / Mechanical Engineering
· Adequate knowledge on MS applications – Excel, Word, Power Point..
· Good communication & analytical skills
Activities & Responsibility:
· Preparation of RFQ’s, invite offers & offer comparison for new parts
· Creation of Supplier Price lists as per finalized prices
· Preparation of drafts for Master Purchase Agreements, Tooling Master Agreement & Non Disclosure Agreements
· Obtaining of RoHs/REACH declarations from suppliers
· Vendor Master Workflows for Creation / Updation / Block / Unblock / Payment term updation
· Update of Material Master
· Maintaining the Approved Supplier List
· Support in New vendor development & Part qualification
· Scheduling & Monitoring of Supplier Performance, Evaluations & Development Plans
