Title: Operational Excellence Manager

Report to: Operation Manager

BU: High-Speed IO

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

* Manage to improve production line and efficiency and drive down manufacturing cost project.

* Manage the Plant layout design and implementation.

* Process planning for new projects before they are put into production.

* On-site 5S, visual management, logistics planning and warehouse planning management.

* Manage to design and improve assembly line fixture.

* Implement and manage all company improvement projects.

* Manage and implement Lean production expertise training, including TPM, 5S, CI and other systems.

* As leader of facilitator, Guide and participate and manage in Kaizen improvement activities and improvement project.

* Actively seek opportunities to improve business by analyzing production process, workshop layout and equipment, business process management

* Responsible for the managing the improvement of the area, guide the teams in each area to find, analyze, solve, and track the problems.

* Domestic/oversea business travel if needed.

* Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:

* University degree or above majored in industrial engineering/automation or related field，

* At least 8 years manufacturing experience and at least 10 years improvement experience.

* Professional Knowledge: Lean and IE knowledge. For example: standard work, 5why ,7 wastes, SMED, Line Balance, VSM, IE 7 methods.

* With the mindset of open innovation and willing to challenge the new target, strong interpersonal ability to deal with relationships.

* Teamwork spirit and lead team to solve project problems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good at MS office software; Proficient in Office and Solid works software. Good at oral and written English(preferred).

* Good organizational and interpersonal and leadership skills.
