Job Overview

This is a full-time position for an ITI Fitter Machine Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI Fitter certification
• Experience in operating CNC machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and quality-focused
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Roles and Responsibilities

JD for Operator

Qualification: -   ITI Fitter

Exp               :     2 to 4 years -Machine operator

Responsibility

1. Have knowledge of the plant equipment’s operation like Conveyor, Agitator, Mixing machine etc.

2. Check machine operating condition and healthy signal before starting the machine.

3. Awareness of safety system in the machine if any emergency, act immediately.

3 Experience of industrial culture and ready to learn.

4.Have a basic knowledge of mechanical equipment’s spare parts.

5. Work with maintenance team to support breakdown correction for machine.

6.Fix the basic malfunction issues during operation.

6.Have basic knowledge of Industrial safety (PPE, Machine safety).

7.Haveave a basic understanding of 5S and responsible to maintain the My area concept.

8.Maintain production record and run machine as per predefined SOP.

9.Maintain daily log book and report to shift supervisor before leaving the plant.
